Delete immediately using the app

If you're still signed in to LinkIt on Android, open Account / Settings → Delete account and confirm deletion. This is the fastest way to delete your account; no email verification is needed on this website.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address used for your LinkIt account. We will review the request, verify account ownership as necessary, and typically process it within 7–10 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we'll tell you if more information is needed.

What data is deleted?

Once your account is deleted, we remove the LinkIt account and associated content from the active application database, including:

• Account profile and sign-in information maintained in LinkIt.
• Saved links, images, screenshots, uploaded documents, audio recordings and transcripts.
• Notes, tags, collections, reminders and generated summaries, metadata and search embeddings.
• Account-linked activity, reminder history and personalization/recommendation records.

What may be kept, and for how long?

• Website deletion requests: Your email, request status, timestamps and any internal processing notes are kept until resolution and automatically purged within 30 days after the request is completed or rejected. Pending requests remain open until resolved.
• Security logs and provider backups: Temporary copies or logs held by Supabase, Railway and other service providers can remain until their plan-specific retention periods expire. These are not live LinkIt account data. Exact periods depend on the service and configuration.
• Diagnostics, support and legal records: Firebase/Crashlytics, Sentry, AI providers and support services may retain limited data under their own retention policies. Specific records may be held longer when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or disputes.
• Model training: Previously exported training data and trained model parameters are not automatically removed by deleting your database account. Contact support for a review of any related records.

Timing: In-app account deletion is initiated immediately. Website requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days after any necessary verification. This is the processing timeframe, not the retention period for provider logs or backups.
